Refund and Cancellation Policy – Whey To Gainz

At Whey To Gainz, we value our customers and strive to provide them with authentic, high-quality supplements from trusted Indian and international brands. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy has been designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and a smooth shopping experience for all our customers.


1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us at [support@wheytogainz.in/8826980053] with your order ID.

  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return (if eligible as per our return policy).

  • Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.


2. Return & Replacement Policy

Since supplements are consumable products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered).

  • The product is damaged, defective, or tampered with at the time of delivery.

  • The product delivered is past its expiry date.

Conditions for Return Approval:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels, seals, and invoices intact.

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.

  • Products purchased during special sales, promotions, or clearance are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

If your return request is approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or guide you with the return process.


3. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited to your original mode of payment.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.


4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Products without original packaging, invoice, or batch details.

  • Items purchased under “Sale” or “Special Discount” categories.

  • Free gifts, samples, or promotional items.


5. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Please share photos/videos of the product and packaging with our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Once verified, we will either:

    • Send a replacement product, or

    • Issue a full refund (including shipping charges, if any).
